Automatic feed fine-blanking dies

Automatic feed fine-blanking dies can be used to produce very large quantities of very precisely controlled flat parts. When combined with our high-speed Diebel press, we've produced over 1200 pieces per minute.

At these high production rates, such factors as in-process inspection, SPC, coolant delivery, and die maintenance become especially critical. If in-process inspection isn't performed at the appropriate intervals, or if the readings thus obtained aren't analyzed to statistically assure conforming product, several pounds of material can be reduced to scrap in a matter of minutes. If detail sharpness isn't continuously maintained, the burr-free requirement typical of fine-blanking operations can't be achieved. We've developed procedures to deal with the challenges inherent in high-volume stamping.
